A holder of B.S. degree in business administration from Northwood University, USA. Sheikh Bader apart from holding the post of the Managing Director and CEO of Zahran Holding, one of the top 100 Saudi companies, he is also the Chairman of Arbah Real Estate and Development; Board Member of more than ten companies in UAE and Saudi Arabia such as Asser Development, Al Jehaz Contracting, Saudi Detergents, ACROW Misr, Naeem Trading Services, Venture Capital Bank and Coldwell Banker UAE; Deputy Chairman of SADEN Brokerage.

Sheikh Sultan Bin Khaled Bin Salim Bin Mahfouz

A graduate of the Washington University, Saint Louis-USA, Sheikh Sultan has an extensive experience and expertise in the banking, real estate and petrochemical industries in the GCC countries. Today he manages a number of holding corporations and group companies in the Middle East region holding positions Chairman of Arab Asian Bank and Arab Asian International Holding, Vice Chairman of Almurjan Group and Capital Investment Holding, Board Member of Zamil Industrial Investment, Sahara Petrochemical and Red Sea Insurance Co.

Youssef M. Medhat El Far

A distinguished entrepreneur, Mr. El Far started his high-profile career as the Executive Director with Nile Investment Securities in Egypt. With an experience spanning 10 long years, in the field of managing brokerage and portfolio management, today he leads a number of investment companies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. He is the Board Member of Naeem Holding, Naeem KSA, Naeem Commercial Services, Arab International, Aqar ME, Naeem Akarat. He is also the Regional franchise owner for Coldwell Banker and ERA Real Estate.

Mohamed Sharaf El-Deen Gomaa

A former student of the Cairo University – Law Department, Mr. Gomaa started his career as a partner and senior lawyer at a law firm in Cairo. During that time he joined the eminent Metro group as a co-founder. In 2007 he was announced the Vice Chairman of the company. Today he is also the Chairman of Metro Importing & Trading and Metro Media, Board member of Metro Investment & Real Estate and Coldwell Banker UAE.

Hesham M. Medhat El Far

Chief Executive Officer, Ishraqah- UAE

A commerce graduate from the Alexandria University Egypt, Hesham El Far began his career in finance as the founder member of Nile Investment Securities. A veteran in the business, he was the Vice President of Coldwell Banker, Middle East. Today he manages a number of key real estate businesses in the UAE holding positions like the Managing Director of Coldwell Banker UAE; Board member of Coldwell Banker Middle East, Coldwell Banker Egypt, Masharea, Betna for Investments & Real Estate Co and Gawda for Development.

Muhammad Al-Amir

Chief Executive Officer, Ishraqah – KSA

Muhammad Al-Amir's qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture with Honours from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran - KSA and a Master of Science in Project Management. Needless to say he possesses a strong technical background with tremendous practical experience and training on real estate developments and investments in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. In his previous assignments, he held multiple executive roles in renowned organizations like Saudi Aramco, Zuhair Fayez Partnership, SEDCO, Tamlik Development, and Riyada International.
